Copy/paste from kingdom fighter list:
Here's the scoop from Terry -- the recent and unexpected move has put him several months behind since he basically had to build a new shop before he could get back to work on outstanding orders or new stock. Also, he is no longer taking custom orders and once he finishes the existing ones he will only do stock. This is partially because stock production is a whole lot more time-efficient and I suspect partially because he's had some medical stuff come up and can't do a lot of hand-forming anymore. If you need to get hold of him about outstanding orders or want to know what he has available you can reach him at

To be even more clear:
I HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH ANY OF THIS. I was just passing along an email from my kingdom's fighters list, nothing more.
I cannot provide any more help with this.
Thank you, that is all.
Cedric
(not to be confused with any other Cedrics who may or may not have had any dealings with this business)

I'm thinking something happened that made him unable to fulfill his commitments. He'd mentioned his move had overtaxed him in regards to his work schedule as well as his queue.
I only wanted a topfhelm from him, which he said was a simple enough item to make. I can only presume that he will be unable to deliver it. As no money exchanged hands (and I expected the helm to be completed by August), it's no real loss to me...I can always find another dealer (and have, in fact, done so). If the helm is as far along as he said it was, he can always sell it to make up what he would have lost.
It's still unfortunate. I sincerely hope things turn up for him.
WHAT!

You are saying he is keeping my $250.00 dollars I sent him to make my custom Pauldrons????????????????

How come he contacts you and not me. If he keeps my money ,That is stealing. You go to jail for that.

O.K.-
First off, I do not know any of the parties involved, just wanted to point put something...
Julian, I understand what you are feeling, as I have been jerked by three armorers. $250 is a good amount of money and not hearing anything from the armorer is irritating, to say the least.
However, no one is saying that he is keeping your money. No one is actually saying anything. Cedric (from the Northwest) relayed a message from the An Tir kingdom email list giving an update on infinitysteel. It is only for Infinitysteel to state definitively that you will or will not recieve your armour/money.

What makes you think he's contacted me? I've not heard from him in months.
I think the point is that
no one has heard from (or had contact with) InfinitySteel in several months. That is what leads me to believe something is up.
The difference between your situation and mine is this: While both of our orders were custom items, he accepted no money from me in advance. The only person that has said anything about him noted that there was a post on the AnTir Kingdom e-mail list regarding him.
In short, you know as much as the rest of us do.
Ok I see you were assuming everything

It's ok to assume ,but I am looking for hard solid answers. Rumors are started that way my friend.
