Hi All-

We ran out of that lovely cream/rust herringbone last week, so I went to LA to find something else. I found a pale straw and black herringbone, and as soon as I got back spent the afternoon sewing up a batch of pairs so they'd be available immediately.

It's a much chunkier wool than the black/off white-

I'm still looking for an interesting madder-coloured herringbone and will post an update if I find one. I have a bunch of the black/off white, and I may just decide to try madder dying it myself. We'll see.

Gwen,

I tried to order a pair of winingas and a tunic but I can't complete the order because I have an APO address. How do I do it?

Ah yes, the joys of having a super secure site.... :?

The site bumps the address because we ship with UPS, and UPS won't accept an APO address. We ship to APOs via the US Post Office.

Thankfully, this is an easy thing to bypass if you'll enter a regular US street address in both the 'Ship to' and 'Bill to' spot. You can use our office address, your parent's or other relative's US address, etc.

Note in the Order Comments section of the order form that you have an APO address and want your order shipped to you at that address. Be sure to enter the entire APO address in the Order Comments section. Francena will adjust your invoice manually and send the order to your APO address.

Another bypass is payment. Our uber secure credit card processing system will check to make sure the address you enter matches the address on your credit card. If you enter a placeholder address that does not match the card holder's address, the credit card security will bump you. If you indicate that you're paying by check, it will get around security. Francena will contact you for your credit card details, and everything will be fine.

We've done this countless times and it works great. If you have any concerns about it please feel free to email me and I'll personally follow your order through the process.
