Steel and Stainless Blackened Chainmail Order Late Spring

Post by Duke Icefalcon »

Wow. Our last order of stainless chainmail flew out the doors fairly quickly. I did not order enough aventails for one thing....

I am putting in an order for some more items for Late Spring delivery. If there is something that you want/need for this time period, please drop us a line and pre-order. We ask for half down and half upon delivery.

We still have a few items left in stock if you need something right away. Hauberks, haubergeons and a few coifs in stainless flat ring riveted maille. Drop us a line if you would like something right away.

As always- Thank you for your patronage!

You gave me the measurements on the XL hauberk/haubergeons either in a thread or a PM. Either way, it's gone now and I can't find the info on your site. Would you please give it to me again?

LArge will fit a 54" chest and XL is for 60".

Keep in mind that you need to measure over the garment you will be wearing.

You can always exchange for a larger or smaller size if you need to.

Sir Andreas,
Any idea when the medium sized stainless aventails ordered in Dec may be coming in?

Thanks!

Sir Andreas,

How long are the Large Hauberks and do they have long sleeves? Also what is the weight?

The December order has been backed up to April. This is mostly my fault as I added things to the order late. Sorry for the delay. Delays should get a little less as we build our stock up.

The hauberks are knee length, and have full sleeves. They are about 16-18 lbs in the flat ring.

Cheers!

The maille is going fast but I will bring whatever I have left at Gulf Wars.

They will not make a medium at the moment. I am not sure why they will not.....

I would venture to say because usually with aketon/gambeson on underneath mediums usually wind up too small. The larger one just hangs a bit longer on a slightly smaller guy and can be trimmed.

Damn damn damn damn damn......

I can't afford to order a hauberk until I find a new job. Me want one real bad. I have a haubergeon (ie, short shirt). I want a longer one for a crusader look. Well someday this year I hope.
