Cross-dressing lady fencer wants to buy used hosen

For SCA rapier, I'm wearing male garb for fighting and female garb otherwise. My persona is a common Scottish Borderer of the 1540s. I'd really like some full-length joined hosen. Commercial hosen are, of course, not sized for small women. So I'd like to buy someone's accurately made, but perhaps outgrown or shabby, hosen and cut them down to fit me. I want hosen made of bias-cut woven wool, with feet, and with the proper vertical seams down the back of the leg. If there are small holes and tears, I can mend those.

Alternatively, I'd be pleased to commission hosen from someone in northern Atlantia, and I can provide fabric.

Are you looking for attached hosen or are you looking to make legging to go under pants of some sort?

James, I'm looking preferably for full-length, joined hosen to attach to a doublet, without pants. I might be able to turn split-leg hosen or chausses into joined hosen, if there was enough extra material.

Bumping this. James B, please see my reply. Also, thanks to the person who sent me the PM. I'd like more replies before making a decision, however.

have you contacted Revival or historic enterprises and see if they will make you some to your size?

Getting custom-made hosen from Revival or Historic Enterprises would be cost-prohibitive, and I think hosen really require an in-person fitting, so it would be more practical for me to get someone in my area to make them. Buying new hosen in a standard size from Revival or HE and cutting them down would be pricey. I may eventually be able to draft my own pattern, but, really, I'd be happy to buy someone's worn-out or stretched hosen and remake them.

Would it be worth checking eBay?
