wtb- german sallet for SCA combat

just like it says, looking for a SCA legal german sallet, normal sized grape (hat size 7 1/4)

Well this is sooner than I'd expected ... but putting up an AB Hammer helm (sister to Her Konrad's lobster tail). I'd planned on building a hard suit around it but have gotten too distracted in the mean time.

I works fine in the meantime, but I'd suggest a latch/hook to secure the post, for SCA sparring.
Asking $250 (shipping included) as I'd prefer it go to somone willing to use it ... I was 3/4 to the 16th C. kit but at this point won't complete. My loss is yer gain!

At $250 thats a steal! I payed $860 and shipping for mine and honestly I think its work every penny, very very very fine helm!

Well I did offer it up to Jonathan from his request. So I'll post the info and some add'l pics and if it's not acceptable to him the offer will move down the list of rapid fire PMs that came in regarding it.
I have it padded for my 23.25" melon (w/ no hair). Internal circ. was approx 28" and has a layer of closed cell and a layer of open cell that can be pulled out if needed to re-adjust.

Trust me .. I got it for a song and dance off another archiver and would rather see it put to good use instead of continuing to sit on my shelf with the other 8 helms ...
I'm sure I could price it up for alot more via auction but it's time to move things out and stir up things a bit ...
