FS SCA BASCINET-LIKE HELM: $80

Post by hjalmr »

This is a proto type helmet an aprentice made last year. It's sorta like a bascinet, yet different. I have seen helmets similar to this before but don't recall if they are actually historical. This 14g stainless steel helmet is pretty rough, but a few good whacks with some rattan didn't phase it so I am selling it here for a mere $80 including the shipping to your location if within the continental US.

This munition grade helmet has an inside measurement of 27", a side to side measurement of 8", a front to back measurement of 9", a top to bottom measurement of 11" on the sides, a top to bottom measurement of 12" in the back, and a top to bottom measurement of 13" in the front. No opening is more then 15/16" even though it may look like it.
