How well do the elbow cops protect your elbow? Are they good rigid protection?

All that's left are the spaulders and the size large Bauers.

They protect quite well. I have the same set in a larger size that I use with zero issues. Never had a problem with any marshal - my Atzinger shield and dog toy mace cause more issues...

Well......what size fella will the mediums fit? I'm 5'9" and 215lbs. My arms are about average. Do ya think they'll fit me? I have no idea what size medium is.

Edward, they will fit you if your forearm circumference is about 13"-14" or less. There is plenty of adjustment available, but that seems to be the important sizing measurement.

The CCM's are larges and they almost fit me, but when I bent my arm they would pinch.

My forearm is 13.5 so I reckon they'll fit, and I'll take 'em.
