Since I posted about the extra bed I had, I've had quite a bit of interest in what I make. It's been suggested I put some pictures up.
We can build just about anything. We don't use plans, just look at a picture & make the wood look like the picture & fit modern people. In some instances we use modern methods, like most of our beds, then there are time when good old fashioned joinery is better suited to do the job.
I have been horribly slack in taking photoes of finished projects so if anyone has pictures of things I have built, send them to me & you'll have a friend for life!

Here are some more pix.
I'll have photoes of Grimr's Viking chairs on Friday.
I need to get some of the chests out to take pictures...but I didn't get fat doing all that extra stuff!

I've been getting more into woodworking myself. I'd love to make chairs like those. I've already made a bed.
Can't find plans anywhere though. Guess I'll have to do what you did, and just "make it up as I go".
Once we get moved & set up again, the shop is always open. We will have a guest room as long as folks are OK with dogs. I don't charge anything if you are building in my shop. You supply material or pay my cost for material & we can build anything you want.
Rules for the shop are:
1. Don't make me bleed.
2. Don't make you bleed.
3. If you don't know how to use a tool, aks & I'll will show you.
4. No bleeding...period.
5. Anything that stays at my house for 6 months is mine.

does that include mothers in law, or ex-wives?
Whenever the legislators endeavor to take away and destroy the property of the people, or to reduce them to slavery under arbitrary power, they put themselves into a state of war with the people, who are thereupon absolved from any further obedience
