I am in the process of having him make me a helm.
So far, the progress pics and emails have been great. He did a 50% up front with final payment when the piece is ready for delivery. I don't have the piece yet, so I can't comment beyond that. Once I get it, I will be posting about it.
I don't think he has done much business here on the AA, as he only showed up here a couple of months back.
