Looking for cuisses

Post by Anton »

Now that House of the Wolf is apparently out of the business of supplying leather covered plastic, I am looking for cuisses to w hich I can attach my new knees coming from Murdock. I would love a pair like HotW has on their front page, HDPE legs covered in plastic with the studded appearance. I have been known to take a stout leg shot occasionally and I would like some rigid protection. I have greaves so I just need the thigh protection.

I am considering buying something like (yikes!) Dark Victory plastic legs and covering them myself but my leather skills suck and maybe someone else out there has done this before.

thanks!

How about actual hardened leather with studs ?

I've got a set in black, with gold paint accents and brass domed rivet studs. They've been posted on the classifieds here a couple of times, but no one has wanted to take them home.

If you're interested, let me know.

I can sell the cuisses from my splinted leather legs seperatly.

Stonekeep makes kydex splinted leather legs. You could probably convince them to sell just the cuisses.
