It's butted, it's eaily expandable.
I'll measure it but he has about a 23 inch head si i assume it was made to fit that size helm.
I can send some extra butted links just in case you need to open it up a bit

Gotta head to the shop later tonite and I'll measure the helm's diameter. If it's within the ballpark, I'll be needing paypal info so I can get you yer cash. I'm assuming a 9.95 flatrate box will hold it.
