Shields:
Shields are made from 2 mm thick 6082 Aluminium, hardness T6. A standard shield weighs about 1 kg.
Base prices for shields:
60x80cm: 62 euro
60x90: 66 euro
60x120: 77 euro
60x140: 83 euro
All shapes and measurements are possible, the more of the same model that are ordered, the cheaper it gets. Initial cost for every new model (same laser cut pattern): 11 euro
Arched (rolled) +6 euro
Ridge (angle of choice, for added stiffness) +6 euro
(ridge and arched can be combined for superior stiffness)
Cut Centergrip (laser cut), balanced center or placement of choice +6 euro
Edge holes, laser cut. Suggestion: 4mm holes, 25 mm from edge every 50mm +11 euro
Folded edge needs to be tried out, and it's not offered at the moment.
Additional holes cut according to client's wishes 1-9 holes 6 euro, 10+ holes 11 euro.
Additional "image" or coat of arms, lasercut (for decoration or riveting to shield). Base price 55 euro, but needs to be discussed individually. Vector picture discount 6 euro, CAD-model (dxf/dwg) discount 11 euro.
Anodization in colour of choice (standard colours are silver, gold, black, blue, red, green): roughly 55 euro base price, cheaper per detail if multiple items are ordered with the same colour. Price is based on freight, weight and size. Contact me for more info. Anodization protects against oxidation and wear.
Shield buckles:
The buckles are made from 2,5 mm 6082 Alu., weight 150-250g. They are made in diameters 120-150mm, half sphere shape with edge of choice around, max 30mm.
I'm going to try out 2mm 6082 as well, but they needs to be tried out before I offer them.
Shield buckles: 26 euro
Basket Hilts:
Basket hilts in 2,5 mm 6082 Alu. (were offered at Double Wars and Civil War last year) weighs about 300g, very sturdy fastening. Price 52 euro. (They can be modified according to customer wishes.)
I'll try to make some globe-shaped ones as well, though not offered at the moment.
Shield buckles and basket hilts can of course also be anodized.
Please order in group if possible, it makes production so much easier.. Freight costs can be discussed, I'll be at Double Wars this year as well.
I need payment in advance to be able to pay for laser time, and ordering metals.
