Greetings all.
Well I dug up enough supplies and tools to finish up a new proto-type helmet for sale (http://forums.armourarchive.org/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=98066)
and so far everything seems to be going well (fingers crossed). My welder seems capable of welding bargrills as well as helmet tops (I am in the process of finishing up a norman hightop helmet and plan to try a bascinet tomarrow). So for now it looks like I'm still here. Sorry newbies but your going to have to get out on the field and get some bruises. Lol..
