Keeping it short and sweet.
Wife ordered a pair of Al elbow and knee cops. Received an email asking if she needed help on sizing (didn't because she test fitted a friend's pair). Item shipped exactly on timeframe given (1 wk). Shipping was perfectly fine (got one of those USPS tracking emails). When received, everything was as expected. Would do business with them again.
