The Autumn meeting of the Medieval Dress and Textile Society is open for booking. The theme is Aspects of Jewellery, and the full programme can be found on the website, here :

Medats meetings are always a great, informative day, and a chance to share ideas and information with extremely knowledgeable people, plus there's tea and biscuits!
Among others of equal calibre, Geoff Egan, of "Dress Accessories" fame will be speaking.
If you are a Jeweller or Pewterer and you can possibly make it, you should.
