Flat top Kettle Helmets

So I have been looking for as many images of the multisectional flat top types of kettle helmets as possible. I am trying to see the time frame they were in use, where (and when, to see any early and late comers) and who was using them.

Here is one from the Mac Bible for an example at the far left. Mac Helmet Seems they are primarily a 13th century thing but hoping to find images for the 13th and 14th as well. I have a few of the Lewes Chess men pictures that look to be them as well, second from left. Lewis
