It's a medieval fabric that is available in blue and blood color, and suitable for vestments, linings, curtains, standards and pennons. It is distinguished from worsted, linen, canvas, bokeram and fustian. Anyone know more?

The ailettes at the Tournament of Windsor Park in 1278 were made of parchment and carda.
