Has anyone heard anything about it?

Yes, it is big. He did not put items in it that he knew to be forgeries or modern copies.

I bought a copy from Windrose Armoury middle of this year. He has a website, the URL is on my links page at www.mandrakearmory.com (I'm at the in-laws for the holidays so I don't have my office here to support my failing memory) He'll know the dirt on that book as well as many others about armour.

Are they doing a second run? I bought mine months ago from Ken Trotman books in Cambridge England.

AMS press has had this title listed as pending for about 20 years. I called them a couple of years ago to find out when they were going to print it. They said they probably won't and just never got around to removing it from the list of available books.

I also ordered mine from Ken Trotman. It's a beautiful set.
