The Armour Archive

I came across a doctorate theseis paper written by David Eric Starly Info about it can be found at http://lib-webpac.lib.brad.ac.uk/webclient.html if you do a search under his name or theses armour. I have tried an interlibrary loan but with no luck. If there is anyone out there that has some way to access this information and share it I and I am sure others would be very appreciative. This universities Archaeological department deals a lot with medival metals, weapons related trauma, fashion(including articles on buckles) and a wealth of other information. Sooo, anyone have any ideas on accessing this specific theses paper? I did find that copies could be purchased for around a hundred RBP, but I don't want to pay that without knowing what I am getting.
