roman spearheads

i'm making so roman spear heads for a local church and was wondering if anyone has some patterns that i could use and so historal info for maing them?

Spears, or javelins? I'm assuming you mean the ones used during the Roman occupation of Judea, so the Pilum is what you want.

they are too big i need them to be no longer then like 6 in.

Did you read his info at the bottom of the page about their "cheapie chuckers?"
If making them by historical methods isn't feasible, that might work for you, assuming a pilum is what you want.
