Reference book from a Debateable lands person

Does anyone here Know anyone... especially any Armourer's... from the barony of the Debateable Lands. Got an offer of a "Gaunlets for Refernece book trade" about 6 years ago and Am trying to locate the individuals that offered it.
Any help with this would be Greatly appreciated and will earn download rights when I get the book.
