Hedeby - extant pottery

Post by Halvgrimr »

Anyone know any good sources for this type of thing? (Hedeby specific)
Goggle doesnt give up any great secrets

I have a potter that is willing to throw some clay for us but I dont have enough data to tell her what to do.

How about:

"Die Keramik von Haithabu." by Wolfgang Hubener (1959). It's held by University of Missouri, Columbia; Library of Congress; Univ. of Arizonia, etc.

OCLC # 1438948.

Oh, Halv, you only want me for my books! But will you respect me for my mind?
