Cauldrons coming back!
We'll it looks like I will be able to offer cauldrons again but they are going to cost a bit more than before. However I can do them as they are ordered rather than having to do them in batches. So no worries on them running out. I'll try and get my site set back up to list them again this week. There will be a little bit of a delay from order to when they will ship as we may only have one or two available at any one time. I'll try and keep the site updated with info. For those interested in seeing what they look like here is a picture. They are right at one gallon capacity
I believe I'll be offering them with the handles and lids or without but will have all that info on the site as well. Patrick

Great news Patrick.
I bought one of his first cauldrons. It was requested without tinning on the inside. It has been the cooking workhorse ever since. It quickly heats up, none of this slowly introducing a ceramic pot to the fire. Unlike less accurate cast iron pots, it can be scrubbed out with soap and water. You don't have to cure it with oil! The only regret I have is that I did not purchase a lid with it.

Oh, sweet God. Thank you so much Patrick. The one I got just before Crossroads in Time 2008 was well worth it. Perfection. I'm likely to get two though I'll need to sell some coins to have a chance of two.

They're worth it at almost any price. They are a serious portrayal enhancer. I know Patrick is too classy to get exorbitant, but they're vaulable as hell.

If I'm wrong about Patrick's ethics, you just set the unit price!

I have been having some issues getting my website updated and was planning on having the prices and what not listed through there. as I am getting daily reminders to give an update I'll list prices here and let people see if I fit Jehan's quoteJehan de Pelham wrote: I know Patrick is too classy to get exorbitant, but they're vaulable as hell.

Cauldrons non tinned $500
Hand forged Handle $40
Hand turned maple lid $40
save 5 bucks by buying them together
Shipping to anywhere in the continental US is 30$ Insurance will tack on another 5$ I believe. I do accept paypal check or M.O. and right now we can get them to you in about 6- 8 weeks on the outside (good chance of sooner on the first couple orders). If you order soon we may even be able to get a couple in before Christmas.
Woodcrafter, after we get another finished one on hand we can probably do up a lid for you. The new lids have a lip that sits on top of the edge so you don't have to worry about ash or anything that lands on the edge of the lid sliding into the pot when removing it.
