FS: Used Sugarloaf w/ Brass Cross (Bazubands SOLD)

Post by smriggin »

For sale I have several items that are just sitting around collecting dust. With bills piling up, I figured it was time to find these a new home. Both items have some age to them, so there’s some rust, but they’re still in excellent shape nonetheless.

First up we have a Sugarloaf. This work was commissioned by my parents for a birthday present while I was in college. The helm is large, measuring 9.25â€

From the construction and closing mechanism I would be willing to bet that the bazubands were made by WillingPell here on the Archive, I THINK he sells them new for $125. I picked up a used pair a while ago for $75 and they were just a little to small around the forearm for me so they would pop open so I sold them to one of our local Mongols who passed them to someone in his household.

Good stuff, just not sized for my oddly shaped arms (thick forearms, skinny wrists).

hope knowing the maker will assist with your sale.

Sugarloaf is still available. I'll even throw in shipping at my expense.
$175 takes it.

PM if you want more details or better pictures.

Buyer for the Bazubands backed out, so they're back on the block. $72 shipped gets them and $175 shipped gets the Sugarloaf.
