I recently received an E-mail from Lord William McCrimmon, OTC, of the East Kingdom. It points to an interesting article by Duke Finnvarr, it is apparently off the Middle Kingdom's Combat list. I thought some of you might enjoy it, I know that I did.

Thanks for posting the article... I have it printed and sitting on my desk heavily highlighted from when I was directed to it several weeks past. Its a great "window on the why" for the joust and what constituted winning. It made me rethink a few of my motivations on the field.
Everyone that wants to be more than just a visual representaion of a knight on the field should read this article.
