I am trying to find someone who makes/sells stripped viking pants in blue and white, or black and white vertical striped.
I can only find wierd colors such as green and red, or solid colors. I can make my own, but legging are the hardest for me and they never last longer then one practice or event.
If you know anyone -please direct!

The problem is finding good striped fabric to make them from.
I used to have some decent cotton canvas sources; but they are now out of business.
I have not seen striped linen or wool that would work for making trews from, and I am fairly sure it would be prohibitively expensive.
If I can locate striped canvas that is not mattress ticking, I could try to make something up.
The pattern I am most familiar with is the gathered bag trousers, which I think is correct for Norsemen, is it not?
(Two large bags sewn together, crotch forms from the top third or so of length, a 2 inch or so folded strip to make a drawstring tube at the waist, and the top edges gathered into the waistband with no fitting to the body beyond the drawstring and gathered pleats, plus gathered bands at the ankles.)
I have a copy of the photo book on british viking re-enactor groups, and make my own fighting pants based on both pics from it and a tutorial from a re-enactor's magazine printed in the 90s.

Take a look at some of the striped linen sold by this vendor. One or two of the patterns are basic/universal enough that they should work for Migration or later.

I've done a lot of business with them in my 18th century reenactment group and their products are top notch.
