Europaisches Helme first edition (book) for sale

Post by James Arlen Gillaspie »

Boy, I really hate to let this one go. It's a lot nicer than the later edition I'm keeping. It varies from the later editions by having some different pictures and more pages (413 vs. 314) mostly due to a different format. It has pictures (sometimes more than one), weights, and measurements of 135 helms and helmets, so... so what if you can't read German? It's a big book, as tall as AAotMK, and quite heavy. Shipping from Germany for one of these is running about $25 right now. Asking $73 by Paypal.

Hello, Ghostpig, I suppose I should have made it clear that it will cost $73 plus whatever it costs to mail it. If you still want it, though, that's OK with me! :)

Curses! And I could have read the German, too! Ah well...

Sir,

Is there any chance of you making photocopies of the pages of said book for a small fee? I cannot afford your asking price, nor would I wish to relieve Ghostpig of his win, but I am very much interested in the book.

Regards,
Alex
