does anyone have a pic of some decorative rondels? a friend asked me to do some for his crusader era knee cups, but other simple dished discs, I'm not finding much. he suggested a flower pedal design...any help? Just never spent much time looking for/at them before. sine I'm trying to be more period I'm holding back on designs that come to mind until I see some origionals

my knees have brass rondels with blued decorations inside and one of them is a cinquefoil flower.
ill try and get you some pics when i get home.

Adapt to a single rondel.
Also, this may or may not be helpful.
It's old work, but I'm still quite fond of the rondel.

Bear in mind the Black Prince's effigy is of armor over a century post-Crusades. His death date was 1376.
