I'm looking into making a set of sca legal finger gauntlets any links to good pics or patterns would be great.thank you for any help in advance

15th century milanese.

They work great, protecting the base of the fingers with a solid lame, but alowing you complete movement of your finger tips.

Check the pattern library for Thor's finger gauntlets. I have seen a pair of these in use in a tourney. Very nice. Very easy-looking pattern, too. I have used the back half for demi-gauntlets a few times. Never did make the whole thing up into a set of finger gauntlets, though.

If you take a look at Thor's page, he has a couple of earlier sets of gauntlets shown there. Good for getting an idea of what you can make.
