Thoughts on Pennsic

#1 Stay away from Duke Darius.

I love that guy. I like to watch his eyes and see his erratic brain create destructive plans on the fly. However, every time I see him across the battle lines I get nailed because I can’t stop watching him. If I see him it means guaranteed death for me. I see him, I start feeling this huge swelling of brotherly love and want to smile and watch him go, and some other dude will nail me. I’m running away every time I see him from now on.

(more coming)

Boss is the man. He did my lady Juliana de Essex a great honor by taking her as a Squire on Tuesday of war week right before the woods battle.

Please pay us a visit in N-18 sometime Sir Vitus. Our Serpentius mead is hangover inspiring 8)

#2 James B. kicks ass.

James is one of the few guys I have met at Pennsic that I can really relate to on a real-world, street level. He would hit you over the head with a beer bottle but his wife won't let him. 100% punk rock, hardcore medievalist face-kicker. His garb is nicer than yours.

I'm going to have to show him this tonight at the newcomer's meeting. Sir Vitus, you just made his day.
