This seller has had several listing recently, and there are two current ones. It opens at $25 with free shipping. The original price on the book was $75.

There are a few here that thing it is pretty good.

I couldn't find it. The Met was having a sale on this title.

I picked mine up then new.

Don't recall the price, probably more than $25 though.
