fighting in the Barony of the Western Seas

Post by freiman the minstrel »

Guys,

I was contacted by a young man that wants to fight.

He fought in the barn for a month of so, and everybody agreed that he has the spark, but his lack of a driver's license (he was a high school student) got in his way. He is a second degree black belt in Tae Kwan Do. He moves well, and likes to hit.

Eventually, his family PCS'ed to an army post in Waiawa, Hawaii.

And then he pinged me.

Western Seas has practice on Wednesday nights.

The young man in question is in nursing school, and has class on Wednesday nights.

Are there any private practices, or just general mayhem happening on the weekends on a regular basis?

I never stay in one place for three of my opponent's blows. I also never let my opponent throw three unanswered blows. Standing in front of your opponent lets him perfect his pell technique. Most fighters are very good against a pell. - Duke Gyrth

Frieman,

I have a squire brother over there I just shot him an email and I will PM you when I find out when him and the HOCS are running practice. There are a few guys (my squire brother among them) from the Hospitallers of Caid that were pretty active and have moved back to HI recently.'

He may also try the park off of Kailua Road (hwy 61) and Kalanianaole Hwy (72) across from Castle Medical Center in Kailua on the leeward side of the island. They used to run a practice there on Sunday afternoons around 2ish.

Aloha Guys I got the email about the new fighter. Do you know what island they are on? All the Hawaii Hocs are on Maui with me.
