Charles Boutell from Kessinger Publishing review?

Post by Payn »

Anyone ran across these before?

Kessinger Publishing's Legacy Reprint Series is doing a bunch of Charles Boutell's books and I am wondering if anyone has ran into these and can give me a review. I am hoping that they are nice and picture laden like the Boutrell book I have.

There are some old Boutell books available in full text on google (expired copyright): http://www.google.com/search?tbs=bks:1& ... arch+Books

If those are the titles you're wondering about, that should give you a chance to use them without purchase (or at the least, decide if you like them enough to want to buy a paper copy to use instead of the free electronic scans).

There are also many of Boutell's books available in high resolution on archive.org - full listing.

Wow, you guys are awesome. I am still thinking I will pick up the books, since sadly, I find things in them quicker, but the links are great!
