(search is not working for me...again)
I am trying to find a place that sells brass washers. I dont really know what they are called, but the nickle ones at home depot are called roset. They arent exactly alike, but are close enough. Where would I find a place that sells decorative washers? Or do I need to make them myself?
Roset washers?

The commercial rosettes at such places as ACE, Home Depot, and Lumberjack will sometimes split while setting them with a rivet. A leather washer beneath the rosette will help eliminate this.
That said, I only use them for belts, baldrics, and the leather on open-face helmet strapping. They look especially good if the helmet also has a sturdier rosette along its brim - the Morion I use as an example.
Oh yeah, and no brass; nickel only. I don't understand the fascination with yellow metals. Happy decorating.
