Re: Improved Chainmaille Video
*huge thumbs up*
I really enjoyed that video. The only thing I noticed is that sometimes it became hard to see which rings you were snagging with your open ring while attaching panels due to the diagonal camera shot; however, you related the steps to their easier to see counterparts earlier in the video (joining fivelets and joining rows), so I don't think it is a huge issue. Overall, a huge improvement! Good luck with making the rest of your series and please keep us informed as you release more.

Odd comment, but you've got a good voice for doing instructional video, and huge props for making sure your mic setup got your voice loud and clear.

Re: Improved Chainmaille Video
Thank you guys for the good reviews.
What we plan on doing with this series is taking you from start to finish on how to make a chainmaille suit.
Several more videos are planned of course.
next week is the shoulders, and neck area.
Let me know if there are things you would like to see different, or done better.

Re: Improved Chainmaille Video
Tried to view your video, but it is listed as private...I am attempting to do some riveted mail for the first time, and I would appreciate any type of step by step instructions, especially in video format

Re: Improved Chainmaille Video
I got the same thing Oddvarr...private video. I'm also interested in attempting riveted mail. Done the 14ga. butted electric fence wire, now I'm looking to do something lighter and more period
