Popular women's high heel shoe size?

I am fixing to order the new shoes for the titanium ladies high heeled sabatons.
If anyone is intrested in them for your lady what is her shoe size?

My wife says 8 1/2-9 would fit her well and wants to know if you were planning on a high-arch or if they would go all the way to the ground like a platform heel. If it was open-toe and open heal or fully encapsulating. She also wanted to know if you could do them integral to a front only greave and is now debating if they should lace up the back shibari style, have a bunch of black leather and buckles or maybe be mounted to high-heel riding boots. You triggered her shoe fetish. (or I did just to watch her head spin). If you have some concept art you might have a buyer who will just send you shoes to make fit.

I am the shoe manager for a professional ballet company, and the most common size amongst the 21 women I work with is a 7-7.5. Of course, these are career dancers and they tend towards the petite, but as a demographic of high heel wearers, it's as good as any.

I like the anticlastic flair of the leading edge on the foot metacarpals.
I can accent that and make it work with sabatons.
