Plaque Belt for Sale

Post by Nikos »

Up for sale is a plaque belt I made when my wife and I were B&B. I dropped 40 lbs in weight, so it doesn't fit at all any longer, and the colors are not my personal colors anyways so I'll just make myself a new one. Specs on the belt.

Plaques are 1.5"X1.5" sand cast pewter filled with Colores epoxy in blue and yellow.
24 plaques total in the belt, 12 of each color.
Belt is dyed black on the front and is standard belt weight leather.
Belt "buckle" is hidden so it does not matter where it's at the belt will look the same.
Belt length is 43" more or less.

Asking price is $200.

Message any questions and I'll get them answered as soon as possible.

Uh, you get molested by a porcupine and then your head gets cut off by a roller coaster?

More on topic, I like it, but it is about a foot too long for me.
Do you have any more plaques? They are in my colors....

No more plaques, but you could probably cut a foot off relatively easily. Just move the "buckle" plaque to the location you want it to be. The rivets are just brass finishing nails.

In the first picture, if you look to the right of the yellow plaque, you'll see a "loop". The other end has a hook secured to the back of the plaque that fits into that loop. This allows the belt to close and look like a solid circle with no buckle.
