Leather and Stainless half -legs wanted

Post by Lucian Ro »

Okay, I give up on Armor Guy.
Anyone interesting in commissioning a pair of leather and stainless half-legs?
Nothing fancy, mind you. Just a leather upper, [preferably splinted] with stainless knees.
I'm hoping for a 4-6 week timeframe, if possible, as I'd like to have them in time for Coronation. I'm willing to pay more for the rush ... but please, be gentle. Image
Thanks!

What time period? I recommend contacting His Oriental Majesty, Sir Andreas Eisfalke of Icefalcon Armoury. Good, solid kit, quick delivery, only does stainless.

My melee helm is an Icefalcon special.

Ahhhh, Robert! How I do so appreciate the quality of HOM Eisfalkes' work -- I have a set of Ducal-grade Shoudlers on their way to me as we speak, concidentally -- but I am looking for something a tad less pricey. That's why I stated "nothing fancy".

But some day, my friend, some day ...

Well, the inexpensive option is His Grace, Sir Ronald Wilmot of Rough From The Hammer...you could do your own lames, and have a sense of accomplishment when they're finished! Image

Besides, $17.00 a pair for stainless ain't bad....

Lord Lucian,

Shoulders are on the way. I have the arms and legs you want in stock in case you change your mind.

Thanks for the plug, Templar Bob!

Actually, Sir Ronald Wilmot, mka Ron Simmons, will even cut out lames for you! I think I got mine for about $2/lame.

Well, what do you think, Sir Ronald?
If you're up to it I'd love to purchase some stainless knees and lames -- splints, too if you make them.
I know your e-mail was down so I thought I'd try here ... thanks!
