I like your splinted greaves, but I have only seen them with a knee cop on the outside overlapping the greave.

How do they work with hidden knee cops? They look like they might bind up.

I can's say for sure as I never try that. Do you have any picture of cops like ones you're going to use with?

Similar to these.

In fact, mine are windrose, but I got mine before he started putting the center line in them, so they are more rounded.

I wear them under linen pants.

Great, then why not? You can order greaves only
http://armstreet.com/store/armor/mediev ... -stainless
and use them wiyth your knees, you can also order custom greaves length to be sure they overlap your knees.

Hi Mikael

im interested in ordering some cased greaves and combat sabatons in a satin finish from your website. however im wanting them with more period authentic steel buckles. nothing fancy, just not the stainless steel ones with the roller on them that are on the images on your site. would this be possible? its the only thing holding me back placing the order.

cheers

Michael

Yes, you are welcome!
As part of seasonal sale we'll do that for free. Also, handmade casting clasps are also an option and also for free ))

One more sweet option - eBay sale, no reserve items. A lot of garbs in fixed sizes which are ready to be shipped
