Looking for 14th century Schynbalds - was Arms

Post by PatternWeld »

Trying to complete my kit before Christmas.

Edit:

Who is making schynbalds? I need a set in 18 guage stanless. Bottom of patella to top of instep is c. 13" calves are 18.5" flexed, width is c. a tad over 6"

Would you be willing to piece it out or are you talking about an integrated arm harness? To keep my cost down (and to fit into the 1350's style) I am purchasing spaulder, rerebrace, couter, and vambrace separately.
If you are looking for full stainless arms I would shoot a message to Mad Matt. He probably won't go less than $500 but I'm sure it would be worth it.

Mad Matt's website shows he is not taking orders. He would have been my first choice as I am matching it up with a set of his Chatres Leggs.

I only need vambrace/kopf/rerebrace already having a set of appropriate spaulders with llames

I'd like to thank my fellow archivers. A suitable set of arms has been found and purchased.
