Hello Archive,
Trying to see if anyone would be interested in a handmade leather kumihimo disc. I made this disc as a Yule gift for a friend of My Wife and I and she thought other people might pay actual money for something similar. What do you all think? Would people pay money for this type of thing? How much?
Thanks

(on Pennsic) I know that movie. It is the 13th warrior. A bunch of guys in armour that doesn't match itself or anybody elses, go on a trip and argue and get drunk and get laid and then fight Tuchux.

lol I guess that answers my first question.
Its a kumihimo disc for making braided cord. My wife does it along with abunch of other folks here in Caid. Usually the discs are a foam plastic thing.

Intresting, The disk is a modern version of the muridia used to weave cord in the japanes tradition.
The foam disks are known for wearing out fairly quickly expecialy if you use fine wire.
There are a few decent instruction books avaiable through ILL and most book stores.
