Just before the crash back in 2008, I was in discussions with "tangent" here on the archive about his scale products. Since I cannot locate him, I would like to request that any here who make plates, please post here with some description of your wares.

I do plates, lamellar mainly, though I have done some smaller styles that would considered scales. I laser cut them from stainless steel or aluminum. I have done titanium on a custom order basis, and used to have spring stainless steel. That will be coming back if there is enough interest and I find a better supplier.
My basic designs can be found here. I have done many more variations ranging from slight hole size adjustments to totally different styles.
