Review of Viking Helm by CarlZup @ Shamrock Armoury.

Post by Warin McGuire »

Padded and fought in it yesterday! lines are awesome clean and well put together. Very even work! The pictures did not do it justice... It is way better in person. Masterful work. From the welds to brass and the blackened metal work. Just masterful. I'm proud to wear this helm.

I didn't realize you bought it. I'm very glad I will be able to dent it fairly soon. :-)

That's my JOB Warrin. Besides if I feed you to the hungry craven masses they won't need to take a chunk out of my butt so quick! You want to be a squire, I'll be happy to shove you into the deep end. LOL!

That really is a nice looking helm. It was fun smacking it.

I don't know if you know him, but I doubt it. Warin is fairly new, but very enthusiastic. He lives in Fort Myers (Trysel).

Certainly he's a lot nicer/better/cooler than his liege-lord. ;-)

All that my Men at Arms do reflects as if I have done it, all that I do reflects as if my knight has done it. Everything I own belongs to my knight. I'll let him know. I could use the entertainment.

Looking forward to TMT. Arm is improving so I'll have some for ya!

I will be more than happy to play "Axes" with His Grace! Especially since the pair he now own are from me!

LOL

Sadly, I can't make TMT. It's Heather's birthday weekend and I am not nearly dumb enough to tell my pregnant (8.5 months) wife that I am going to an SCA event!

Jestyr, You are a chicken!!! I would be too. LOL! Give my best to Heather and wish her a Happy Birthday. Sorry you won't be a TMT. Maybe at the next Southern Trimais Fighter Practice then.

Aidan, just thinking about those axes makes me feel worn out. They sure are they fun though.
