Hanwei Practical Bastard Sword FS!

Hey folks,
I picked this sword up on a trade anticipating trying battle of nations style combat and realized I just do not have the time. It is the same sword that can be purchased from kult of athena for 195 dollars but I have replaced the handle with one made out of oak then wrapped it black leather. I have also dyed the leather scabbard to match. The blade has no nicks or dents and Ive never used it it is still for all purposes brand new. I would like to get 175 dollars for it

What kind of pommel construction does this have?

Would you happen to know what year it was manufactured? Is it sharpened or blunt?

It is one of the practical blunted swords. this is one of the last models to come out before the factory fire but as to the year it is hard to say.
