Been making stl files for some arrowheads, lances, a mace head in my collection. While I'm talking to a company that does sintered metal 3d printing, it occurs to me that I don't know anybody who does powdered-metal or just 3d laser cutting (in metal, anyway. I know a guy who can carve you a freaking mansion in wood). For any of you with actual real-world skills, can you tell me how the cost compares?
The current so-called "hungarian arrowheads" on the market are, to put it mildly, shit, and while I can print something in resin for show-and-tell purposes, being able to offer folks something other than the (admittedly-awesome, but persona-inappropriate) English stuff. And of course, I can't do destructive tests for research without metal.

Re: STL prototyping recommendations?
If you send me a DWG or DXF I can see I can get see about the feasibility and cost of cutting them with 5 axis water jet.

Sure, Cet. Given a choice, I'd love to throw the business your direction anyway. Just give me a bit to convert over the files.
