A few fighter bits for sale
A few fighter bits for sale
Due to circumstances, I won't be doing the SCA heavy fighting thing in the forseeable future. This leaves me with a few items to sell off (need the money)
1. dished aluminum shield blank, measures 27 inches across the face, probably about 3 inches deep or so, spun metal, very thick and solid. $40 (this is a round shield, by the way)
2. Aventail from POD, very nicely made, 16 gauge stainless, with 3/8 inner dia. rings and dagged edges $60
3. Many balder blunts, most in brand new condition (I think I have about 75) about 2 dozen of them are only usable for midrealm type golf tube arrows due to some damage to the socket where an arrow shaft would be attached (this portion is cut out when making a golf tube arrow) $1 each
4. 2 basket hilts $25 each
5. 12 guage bascinet top from Hammered Wombat, shaped, welded, and exterior welds ground down. Mild steel, goes to about ear level. $40
prices do not include shipping...
anyone interested can respond here or e-mail me at sbvast@yahoo.com

They are just like the ones on my site
They are ambidextrous... work for right or left hand (basic stuff)

Thanks, very neighborly of you Aaron... No real issues really... I have big $$$ car repairs to deal with, so can't see keeping hundreds of dollars worth of toys when real life is demanding attention.
Also, at 38yrs and out of shape, I begin to wonder if I'd ever get back on the field anyway... SCA fencing is cheaper, easier, and likely fits my personality better anywho!
Oh, and ps... I'm NOT selling my armour MAKING toys!!! Just selling stuff that I'm not using just now anyway.
