Wrong thread I know....but any Marshall able to confirm legality of the BlackHand tennis ball crossbow for Atenveldt, specifically the 2013 Estrella War...it is a bitch to understand those treaties...and it seemed someone on here would know before i buy it...

If you know who Jungle Joe Scheidt is, he is the Kingdom Combat Archery Marshal (his contact info is in the Kingdom of Atenveldt website). I haven't seen him at practice lately, but he does show up to the Twin Moons practice on occassion. I know is willing to work with people (just lure him with the promis of beer).
