Leather scale bp

I have not been able to fight for the last couple of years and have been laid off for awhile so I have decided that I am going to try and sell my armor to get a little money for other things. Not interested in any armor trades since I am not able to fight any time soon but might be interested in a custom knife, tomahawk or anything interesting. The chest piece is leather over thick felt with hardened leather scale, I am 6' 1'' tall and 180 lb and it is a nice fit when the straps are pulled tight. I started to remove the scales on the back because the leather straps that were holding them on is very stiff and was starting to break and fall apart but I never got around to it due to getting so busy. The breast piece has steel shoulder cops laced onto it that worked very well for me. There will need to be some repair to the shoulder strap as at least one of them broke but would be a great starting point for someone.
