Lance Heads
Does anyone know where to find functional lance heads to fit a 1.25" 9' pole?

www.jastown.com has two types of lance heads. They are rough forged, so if you want fancy shiny, you will have to look elsewhere. I have been pleased with the service I got when ordering from them.

While I have nothing but good things to say about JAS Townsend, their service and products, the "lance" heads they sell wouldn't make you very happy for making a medieval lance. They're really intended as 18th century spear heads -- the kind revolutionary officers carried on foot. At 20" long, I wouldn't want one on the end of my lance. You should look for one that is more like 10-12" long overall. Lance heads should really be rather short, but stout, especially if your after something from the 13th-16th centuries.
I'd suggest trying CAS Iberia. I'm a dealer and in perusing their catalog, they have several pretty good candidates. They're not quite as cheap as the ones from Townsend, but they are way more appropriate.
