Hi, I just checked em , I have a 27 in thigh and they are a little tight at the top, I may be able to spread the top a bit but im not sure right now, They are only tight at the very top too so I think it could be good for a 27 thigh, but not sure about a 28 at this time,

I am interested in these cuisses. I was really looking for tempered steel, but the workmanship of these is outstanding! Do you think it might be possible to case harden them ? I have heard of this technic , it depends on the steel they were made from. Thanks Frank
